The success of the inter-university competition "Fintech - Blockchain Hackathon 2025" would not have been possible without the professional support from the co-organizer, the Fintech and Digital Assets Promotion Network (FADA), along with reputable sponsoring organizations and leading technology partners in the Fintech and Blockchain sectors.
Throughout the competition, participating teams received expert guidance and support from FADA, as well as sponsorship from prominent organizations such as the Vietnam Financial Consultants Association (VFCA), VINASA Sustainable Blockchain Development Club, Digital Asset Management Center (TSS), Digital Transformation Alliance (DTS), and VBI Academy. The involvement of these organizations not only enhanced the credibility of the competition but also created a multidimensional support network for students. This served as an important bridge connecting students with businesses, enabling them to access practical knowledge and career opportunities in financial technology.
VFCA, as a leading association in financial consulting, played a key role in shaping the professional content and ensuring that the knowledge delivered aligned with real-world market practices. VINASA’s Sustainable Blockchain Development Club provided perspectives on sustainable development and social responsibility in blockchain applications, helping students understand that technology is not only about efficiency but also about long-term societal and environmental impact.
The Digital Asset Management Center (TSS) offered expertise in digital asset management and security, a field increasingly critical amid the rapid growth of digital assets. The Digital Transformation Alliance (DTS) helped students understand the role of Fintech and Blockchain within the broader context of the digital economy, providing a comprehensive view of the importance of financial technology in national digital transformation.
VBI Academy, with extensive blockchain training experience, supported students in enhancing their professional knowledge and skills through mentoring sessions and direct consultations. Experts from VBI Academy assisted students in refining ideas, developing products, and preparing for competition rounds.
The competition also received support from leading technology sponsors, including OpenEdu (an EdTech platform), SUI Foundation Vietnam, FintechAI Joint Stock Company, FTMS Global, MrBrown, Careerviet, and Okkas Uniform. Their participation demonstrates the business community’s commitment to supporting the development of high-quality human resources.
OpenEdu provided insights into applying technology in education and training, an area with many opportunities for Fintech. SUI Foundation Vietnam, representing a next-generation blockchain platform, shared advanced blockchain knowledge and innovative applications. FintechAI contributed expertise in applying artificial intelligence in finance, a growing trend in the industry.
Mr. Truong Gia Bao, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Development Committee (VSID), added: “We look forward to seeing breakthrough and high-potential projects from the participating teams and are ready to support them in turning their ideas into reality, contributing to the overall development of Vietnam’s financial technology ecosystem.”
The organizers noted that the competition received highly positive feedback, providing strong motivation to continue developing this valuable platform for students. In the future, the competition will introduce more specialized topics, expand collaboration with strategic partners, and offer attractive prizes, including scholarships, internships, and employment opportunities at leading industry companies. This reflects the organizers’ long-term commitment to building a meaningful and sustainable platform for students interested in Fintech and Blockchain.
